Amruta Pendharkar

Amruta Pendharkar graduated as Lawyer in year 2017 and also holds LLM degree in Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global, Sonepat in 2023. She works as a Senior Associate in the Firm. In a short span of career she had opportunity of working on diversified matters in legal field. She handles litigation and non-litigation matters. She has advised clients on various matters including matters pertaining to Educational Institutes/Trust/Society. She assisted the Firm in litigation matters relating to Education Institute. She also conducted a webinar on Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977. She has also conducted seminar on awareness on sexual harassment under UGC Regulation.
